2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are supposed to place an order with us by ordering through Email or WhatsApp for either senior orders and customised orders. As part of our order process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the product you have order to your Email/WhatsApp.
2.2 Order cannot be cancelled for any reasons. If order is cancelled, you should pay 100 Dhs fine per hoodie/crewneck produced OR 200Dhs if hoodie/crewneck is customised. If message ignored, further action can occur with police. If message postponed for a specific date, for you are counted as a debtor and will be put under the black list.

2.4 We may refuse to accept an order … :
(a) Where I cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
(b) If there has been a product description error
(c) If you do not meet any acceptance to the criteria set out in H*OUT’s terms and conditions
(d) Where goods are ordered and you are not available.
(e) If we do not deliver to your area.
We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensations for disappointment.
2.5 Customised and bulk order payments have to send a deposit through western union or Al Ansari through the information that is given to you. No customised/bulk orders will be processed without a deposit or full payment. As Soon payment is sent through western union/Al Ansari, Please inform H*OUT the code of the transfer (for example: 2135000008990) with your name and Order.
3. PRICING
3.1 All prices are fixed, either order more or less. The price will not change (Collection prices) unless discount promotions occur; prices will change.
3.2 Bulk orders (Example: Senior Hoodies/Sweaters/beanies/snapbacks...) will have an appropriate pricing covering all manufacturing charges which you will be responsible to pay as a deposit before proceeding any order action.
3.3 Any orders sent internationally (outside/inside GCC) have to pay for their product and delivery. If no payment is transferred through Western Union or Al Ansari Exchange; We will not be able to send your product. A receipt will be sent to any customer that has placed an order with H*OUT in an International country to show proof of H*OUT product ordered.
3.4 We charge separately for order, packaging/shipment with the appropriate rates which are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this website.
4. DELIVERY
4.1 We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you have given us for delivery
4.2 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, please do not accept the order from the courier company allowing us to receive it back and do inform us straight away.
4.3 If the goods have an incorrect quantity, we will re-provide the correct quantity and send it towards you as soon as possible.
4.4 The delivery company will not accept any low or high payments. You have to pay them the exact amount of charge.
4.5 If shipment was sent back due to customers not picking their calls, we will be adding +15 Dhs charge.

5. PRODUCT LIABILITY
5.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, please do not accept the order from the courier company allowing us to receive it back and do inform us straight away.

5.3 If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
(a) Non-delivery
(b) Repair any goods that are damaged if possible.
(c) Refund you 50% of the amount paid by you for the goods under clause (b)(a).
5.4 No liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund 50% of the amount paid by you for the goods under clause (c) above.
5.5 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our company. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
5.6 All material and print colours shown on this website are what your monitor allows you to see. We cannot be held responsible for any colour variations on finished products.

11.1 Our liability of any kind, with respect to our website or service for any one event or series of related events is limited to the total fees which you have paid to H*OUT in the 12 months before the events complained of.

12.1 You may change the colour of your garment and the text, font and fully customise your own design.
12.2 Deposit payments are not refundable at any time, once payment is done - no refund is to be made, unless:
